Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of purchase for eligible items (exclusions
apply).
Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:
• Mattresses, fabrics, or upholstered items
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Items marked ‘Final Sale’
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business
days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our
error.
Damaged/Defective Items
Report damaged goods within 60 minutes of delivery for replacement (photos required).

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that don’t meet these conditions.
